The terms “you” and “your” refer to the viewer or registered user of this website.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you shall discontinue using our website. We reserve the right, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions of use at any time without prior notification.
Products
- Photos from our website are for illustrative purposes only. The actual bouquet size, colour or bloom size might vary from the photos shown.
- All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
- In the event that we are unable to supply the product or any substitute product to you at all, we shall notify you as soon as is reasonably possible and shall reimburse your payment in full and in any event no later than 14 days after the intended delivery date.
Orders
- During order submission you shall be required to provide us with your personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details. Please refer to Privacy Policy for more details on the use of your personal details.
- We reserve the right to accept and/or reject the order at absolute discretion.
- In the event of rejection, we will offer a full refund through bank transfer.
- You are required to review and confirm all the information that you provided, including amounts, delivery details, personal details, payment information etc. is correct before making payment.
- We will send an email confirmation containing your order receipt once your order is successfully placed.
Cancellation policy
- Cancellation can be made 24 hours or one day before the intended delivery date.
- Cancellation after product has been prepared and ready for delivery, and when product has been delivered is not acceptable.
- Full refund will be issued to you through bank transfer.

Payments
- We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards. By clicking on the 'complete order’ button on the Order Form, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the website.
- We reserve the right to offer additional payment methods and/or remove the existing payment methods at any time in its sole discretion.
- If you choose to pay using an online payment method, the payment shall be processed by our third party payment service provider(s).
- With your consent, your credit card/payment information will be stored with our third party payment service provider(s) for future orders. Please take note that we do not store your credit card or payment information.
- Below are the payment methods that currently accepted by us:
- Credit Card & Debit Card (Visa/Master)
- Online payment transfer via ipay88
- Cash on delivery (COD) is not available.
Delivery
- We deliver everyday including Public Holidays.
- Same day delivery is applicable to orders placed before 2pm. For orders placed after 2pm, we will offer next day delivery or any other day according to specific date and time chosen by you.
- For orders made in advance, we will deliver your order according to the specific date and time chosen.
Delivery area
- Our delivery service is only within the Kuala Lumpur and Selangor areas.
- For delivery service outside KL & Selangor areas, kindly contact us for special arrangements (additional charges will be applied).
Delivery address
- We will deliver your order to the delivery address provided by you, so please make sure the information provided by you is correct.
- Please note that we are only responsible for delivering against signature to the address you quote (or an imminent neighbour if no one is at home) we regret that where goods have been correctly delivered, we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual received refuses or fails to return item(s).
- In case of delivery to certain locations where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, airports, hotels and other business locations, the signature of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation shall be accepted as proof of delivery to your chosen recipient.
- In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide on the Order Form.
Unsuccessful or failed delivery
- In the event of adverse weather conditions (including heavy rain or flood) or traffic conditions, our delivery partner(s) may not be able to deliver your orders on time. This is out of our control, and we cannot accept the responsibility for the late delivery. We will always do our best to deliver your orders on time.
- In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to:
- no one was present or available to receive the order; or
- recipient is uncontactable despite attempts to contact the recipient via the contact number provided; or
- recipient refuses to accept the order
We reserve the right to collect additional delivery charges for next day delivery or cancel your order without a refund.
